| 释义 | high 高电平;［高位］ One of two distinct states in the digital logic elements. The two states are called true and false, high and low, on and off, or “1” and “0”. In computers they are represented by two different voltage levels. The more positive level (or less negative) than the other is called the high level, the other is called the low level.
