释义	hub-polling 轮询(处理) An operation mode of a computer connected with multiple terminals. The computer invites the first terminal to send a message, if none is ready the first terminal passes the request to the second terminal and so on. This is efficient particularly when terminals are inactive and lines are very long. Whenever a terminal replies with an information message the computer deals with it, and then resumes the polling sequence by inviting the next terminal to proceed. In this way an active terminal near the beginning of the circuit is prevented from monopolizing the attention of the computer. 多个终端与计算机联接时的一种工作方式。当计算机要求第一个终端发送信息时,如果没有准备好,则第一个终端将要求送到第二个终端,依此类推。当一些线路不用、线路很长时,这种工作方式特别有效。每当终端回答信息时,计算机就处理这些信息,然后重新开始轮询,转向下一个终端。在这种方式下,防止了电路前部的工作终端独占计算机的倾向。
