释义	binary pair (二进制)触发器 An electronic circuit having two stable states, two input lines, and two corresponding output lines such that a signal exists on either one of the output lines if, and only if, the last pulse received by the flip-flop is on the corresponding input line. A flip-flop or binary pair can store one binary digit(bit) of information and it is a bistable device. 具有两个稳定状态,两条输入线以及两条相应的输出线的一种电子电路。当触发器的任一输入线接收到一个脉冲时,对应的输出线上就会产生一个信号。一个触发器可存储一个二进制位的信息,是一种双稳态的器件。
