释义	interface latch chip 接口锁存器芯片 A latch chip for interfacing which can be used as a bidirectional input/output port, a dedicated input port, or as a dedicated output port. A control signal (dynamic for bidirectional mode and static for dedicated modes) is supplied by the user in many cases.
