| 释义 | dynamic cell 动态单元;［动态格］ A memory cell that stores data as charge (or absence of charge) on a capacitor. A typical cell isolates the capacitor from the data line (bit line) with a transistor switch. Thus, when no Read or Write operation is desired, there is essentially no power required to maintain data. However, normal leakage requires that the charge be periodically restored by a process called refresh.
