| 释义 | PERT 规划评估技术 A critical path analysis using computer techniques. The use of PERT requires an extensive analysis of an overall project in order to list all the individual activities or jobs which must be performed in order to meet the total objective. These activities are then arranged in a network that displays the sequential relationship among them. This analysis must be extremely thorough and detailed if it is to be realistic. PERT provides a means of reporting and analysis for project administrators. Information required can be developed and the areas which impose the greatest time restrictions on the completion of a product can be highlighted.
