释义	local assistance 本地［局部］协助 One of the types of service described in the licensing agreement that may be specified for a licensed program, when local assistance is specified IBM personnel, on request and as available, will assist the customer in diagnosing problems, checking for the availability of a fix from central service, preparing APARs, and, if the program is inoperable, attempting a local fix or bypass.
