释义	switching applications 交换应用系统 Refers to messageswitching applications where the computer is used to accept messages from terminals, route the messages over trunk lines (at perhaps higher speeds) to remote message switching computers, and to provide certain reliability functions, such as an audit trail and error control. Message switching is a somewhat different application of computer communications in that there is no user processing involved.
