释义	mask programmable 可编程掩膜;［可程式化罩膜］ A term applied to an integrated circuit read-only memory that is produced as a chip with 1-bits “written” in all bit positions.A special “mask” is produced to customer specification for controlling an etching operation to remove sections of metalized channel and thus to write 0-bits where required. After etching, final stages of encapsulation and test are performed.
