释义	Ptype semiconductor P型半导体 A semiconducting crystal material which has been doped with very tiny amount of an impurity that will produce doneetype centers of positive hole in the crystal lattice structure. Since holes are positive particles, the material is called Ptype. Holes are the major carrier of current. 用极少量杂质掺杂过的,导电性介乎导电体和电介质之间的晶体材料,在晶体栅格结构中产生受主型空穴中心,由于空穴是带正电的,故该材料称为P型。空穴是电流的多数载流子。参阅PMOS。
