| 释义 | communication buffer 通信缓冲器［区］ In a computer communications network, a storage device used to compensate for adifference in the rate flow of data received and transmitted along the numerous communication lines converging on the data processing center. The communications buffer orders information from many operators and controls the information so it can be processed by the computer without confusion.
