A program that enables a user to modify and copy programs and text files in a versatile manner. Characters and strings can be inserted, modified, deleted and moved throughout the text. In many cases, it is possible to locate automatically a specific string, and to replace every instance of one string by another.
能让用户以多种方式修改和拷贝程序和文本文件的一种程序。字符和串能够在全文中被插入、删除 、修改和移动。在许多情况下，可以自动定位一个特定串，并可用另外一个串去替换某一串 的所有实例。
