A logic operator having the property that if P is a statement, Q is a statement, R is a statement, …, then the threshold of P, Q, R, … is true if at least N statements are true, false if less than N statements are true, where N is a specified nonnegative integer called the threshold condition. 一种逻辑运算符，它有这样的特性：如果P，Q，R，…都是命题，那么若至少有N个命题是真，则P，Q，R， …的阈值为真；若小于N个命题是真，则P，Q，R，…的阈值为假。其中N是指定的非负整数(称之为阈条件)。 2.
