释义	relative time clock (RTC) 相对定时时钟 A time clock by which the executive keeps track of time. At every RTC interrupt, the interrupt service routine returns control to the executive, which checks to see if a higherpriority device is seeking execution or if a program wants to be turned “on”. 执行程序用来对时间进行跟踪的一种时钟，在每一个RTC中断处，由中断服务程序把控制返回给执行程序，执行程序检验是否有较高优先级的设备在请求执行，或是否要求“打开”某个程序。
