释义	multifrequency signalling 多频信号技术［信令法］ In a telephone system, a method of “dialing” numbers in which a pushbutton telephone generates twofrequency signals,each button causing the generation of a tone combination to represent a particular digit. Equipment at the exchange uses filters to identify the digits and route the call.
