| 释义 | multilayer device 多层器件 An electronic device that is fabricated by a technique that involves the deposition of a number of layers of conductive track onto an insulating substrate, the individual layers being separated by a layer of insulating material. Interconnections are made to the various conductive layers by means of holes in the insulating material.
