释义	image restoration 图象复原法 An image processing technique that subdivides an image into smaller zones, each theoretically containing a feature and background,then using statistical techniques,one can assign a “best” value for the optical density of the feature,and another value for the optical density of the background.Reassignment of each pixel's optical density of either feature or background results in a less noisy and sharper image. 一种图象处理技术,把一幅图象细分成较小的区域,每个区域理论上只包含一个特征和背景,然后利用统计法,可以给特征的光密度指定一个“最佳”值,而给背景的光密度指定另一个值。重新指定特征或背景的每一个象元的光密度值,就可以降低噪声,使图象变得更清晰。
