decision level 判定电平;[辨别位准] A predetermined signal amplitude that serves as a standard for determining the value of a signal pulse. If the signal amplitude is above the decision level at the time of sampling, a binary 1 is indicated. A binary 0 is indicated if the signal amplitude is below the decision level at sampling time. Ideally, a signal pulse is measured at its time center. |
