| 释义 | International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) 国际电报电话咨询委员会 An international organization formed in 1956 by a merger of separate telephone and telegraph committees, the CCITT is one of the permanent organs of the ITU. Member countries participate via their telecommunication authorities, recognized operating agencies (such as British Telecommunications and Cable and Wireless in the UK, and the Bell Telephone Company in the USA), and industrial and scientific organizations.
