释义	static circuitry 静态电路(组件) The switching devices whose outputs are essentially d—c levels, and which can be switched from one state to the other at any arbitrary instant. The devices can be switched as seldom or as often as desired, up to a certain maximum speed. However, once they are switched to one state or the other, they are capable of remaining in that state indefinitely, and the output signal will be a d—c level. A typical example of a static circuit element is the flipflop or a stable multivibrator. 用于指输出基本是直流电平可在任一时刻从一种状态转换至另一种状态的开关器件。该器件可根据需要很少或经常转换,直到某个最高速度。然而一旦转换到一种状态或另一种状态,则可以长期保持这种状态,输出信号将为一直流电平。静态电路元件的一个典型例子是触发器或稳态多谐振荡器。
